Monthly Business Meeting, 11-10-2009
 
  1. Called to order at 6:31 pm.
  2. Persons in attendance: 5 member/4 non-member.
C.     MEETING LOCATION AND DAY
                                                               i.      EMERGENCY rescheduling of the meeting due to Little Filly’s impending closure
                                                             ii.      The next business meeting will be Announced soon..
                                                            iii.      The November Arts & Sciences meeting is canceled for Thanksgiving.
  1. The feast was a great success. We came out at about, roughly, $600 over cost.
  2. The Bestwode Yule gathering will be at Diedre’s home, Saturday, December the 12th . We will have the usual Pirate Auction gift exchange, please limit gifts to $5.00.
  3. Cathal has volunteered to accept the post of Deputy Seneschal for the shire.
  4. The shire will welcome any ideas about fundraising.
  5. Meeting adjourned at 7:03 pm
