IV. Feast Updates for April 11 "La Fiesta de los Ojos de Marzo":
A. There will be an authorizing marshal for heavy fighters to renew/update their authorizations and new fighters to get
authorized.
B. There will be Royalty present (grovel, grovel)
C. Feast Schedule set-up:
10:00 AM Event Staff set-up site, kitchens begin
cooking.
1:00 PM Site Opens.
1:30 PM Archery
2:30 PM Heavy fighting and Dolorous Stroke
3:30 PM Thrown Weapons and Rapier Demo
5:00 PM Seating for Feast
5:30 PM Presentation of Lamb

Seige engines demonstrated – bread or croutons as ammo (no sticky stuff)

VI. Monthly Business Meeting Day/Location:

of Site/Day will be discussed at the next meeting
VII. Fighter Practices are ON for the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the Month, 5:30 PM, at the Anderson River Park.
VIII. A fall feast date has been suggested for October 24th, 2009.
IX. A schedule for Traditional Archery will be posted soon.
